Absolutely agree. I have a lot of conversations and medical examinations with the young persons from 90s. A lot of them read more than we did. Of course, I encounter difficulties during our conversations: they are not able to express thoughts clearly and with a multiply words including adjectives. I do understand it would be peculiar for our locals, in Perm region, coz when I meet patients from another regions I see "the great canyon" between them)
