This will be a major fail on Russia's part if the infrastructure collapses and people can't freely move around the events. It's all really interesting for me as an outsider to see how things are handled there. As I've written many times, Russia is a unique place, not wishing to take insight or assistance from outsiders. For a global event like the Olympics, I think it's a bad thing to refuse such international cooperation.
