Seriously, you think Clinton attacked Yugoslavia to distract from his Oval Office blowjobs? :) I don't think any world leader is that vain or selfish. Was there a friendlier time between our nations than in the Gorbachev/Reagan years? I don't think so. They achieved remarkable things.
