I do not know how to relate to the cost of maintaining that lazy guy and the army. I suspect the maintaining the guy is not only pleasing to God, but also very profitable compared with a soldier with ammunition, at least, if i had a choice on whom to spend the money: on a bummer or a person who overhears my phone calls, i would choose bummer:)
