Yes, I know this video. :) Maybe New York men are different, but I've never seen so much harassment on the streets of Washington, DC. Or, maybe I'm just exceptionally ugly. :) In most cases, she doesn't say anything to the man. So, it's her own fault. If you want a man to stop following or speaking to you, tell him so, or go into a store or something and let him pass.
