Yes, most people become happier when they're drunk, and their inhibitions are no longer there. :) So, people sit closer, touch each other more frequently in conversation, etc. Slapping workers on the butt is an extreme scenario. It's never happened to me, but sure I touch hot men more often when I'm drunk, even co-workers and friends. Isn't this why men always want to buy females drinks? :))
