Well, when I say "welcome to America" to strangers, or readers I communicate with here on LJ, I mean it. Most Americans welcome foreign visitors, and aren't scared or suspicious of them. :) This is obvious by the nation's tourism infrastructure. We want your money, and I'm sure Russian businesses will gladly take mine during this trip also.
