Yep, and now Tsarnaev officially sits on death row until his appeals in U.S. courts are exhausted. Hopefully, they'll find a way to expedite the appeals process so he can be sent to the table for execution sooner, rather than later. I have no desire to have my tax dollars support a worthless, non-remorseful human being like that for decades in jail. In a case like this, I fully support the death penalty.
