Changing the government in Ukraine the USA and NATO planned to change conditions of the contract, in that case Russia will lose the entrance to Black Sea and NATO base will be located in Crimea. Russian fleet was located in Crimea, is located now and it will be located untill russians are alive. It is a question of safety our borders. We don't need NATO bases around Russia.
