Well, we are the same. I don't want to spend so much time in the kitchen, that's why at our family gatherings we do "pot luck" style, where each person brings a dish so one individual is not tasked with so much responsibility. It's great you were able to get out on the slopes and ski already! In DC, we have warm weather one day, and cold the next. It's really crazy! I showed lenkaolenka's comment here because she is the most delusional and idiotic person I've encountered in all my years on LJ. Her views and comments about the USA are totally false, esp. the comments she makes about my family, which she has no clue about. Partly, I do it to publicly shame her, but perhaps she enjoys the attention.
