Here's a prank my cousin told me they had done as kids in a sleepaway camp:
1. Lift the toilet seat;
2. Stretch clear Saran wrap over the bowl;
3. Put the seat back down;
4. Wait for the results.
This was in the US, of course. Russian camps usually didn't even have toilets, much less Saran wrap.
