Marivanna is a Moscow headquartered restaurant. They opened in NYC as well. Don't understand their value proposition. Much more elegant cafe Pushkin did not make it in NYC. But this place with Soviet style food is popular. Go figure...
As for the dishes I don't like: anything that is over mayonnaised (like those weird Mimosa and Herring under Coat salads) Solyanka soup does not appeal to me. And basically anything that is a crazy mixture of different ingredients that fight a battle in the stomach:-)
Note that they have a lot of Georgian dishes on the menu:-)
