This hardcore music makes my heart rate increase and causes stress, not relaxation. I do not see how it can be relaxing to anyone. :) When I'm angry, I will listen to Metallica, KORN or the Deftones. Yes, I'm old. :)) This is decent chick metal to release stress and negative emotions. Plus it's better, and safer, than punching a wall. :))
