What is the purpose of wearing only underwear? By that point, you might as well just be fully naked. :) People should wear what they want. If you're comfortable in thousand dollar shoes, wear them. :) I don't care, or even pay attention to such things most of the time, unless someone is dressed very colorful (which I like), or looking like a complete slob.
