Omg, no tampons. I can't imagine. In fact, last time I was in Russia, I had to ask for a tampon at the hotel desk. I don't know if they simply stock a very cheap brand there, but it did not even have a string and was of very coarse quality. Horror! So, what did women do during Soviet times? Simply stuffed their panties with napkins to absorb the blood? Sorry, I know this is a gross topic for male readers, but I'm curious. :)
