"Typical American woman"

I don't know how foreigners perceive the "typical American woman." However, three times this week, I have been called this.

Stereotypes - they are very damaging in many cases, and must be quashed. We are all influenced by stereotypes on some level, but I really try to erase them from memory when traveling, forming impressions based only on pure experience. Most recently, I can say it about Georgia - where everyone warned me about all kinds of things, when in reality I encountered almost none of the horrors mentioned. In the end, we are responsible for the company we keep. You have the choice to surround yourself with good, positive and uplifting...or, you can run wild with the animals in the zoo.

Most people using this phrase - "typical American woman" have never even met, or had any real experience with an American woman. Therein lies the problem...that is all I really want to say for today. :)

Ha! Good luck with that. I know you're kidding, but in fact no one person or leader can make a country great. It must be the collective will of the people, all working and aiming toward the same goal for the country. And now in America we have the exact opposite - divided between left and right on the political spectrum. Thus, there is no hope Trump can fulfill his idiotic promises, on almost any level.

So far, he has lived up to expectations by appointing completely unqualified cabinet members...but let's wait and see. :)

What? Are you serious or maybe kidding me? Who do you think is qualified? That old hag Clinton? In what? Or maybe other government rats who can only sit on their butts and gab?

"old hag.." yes, she is 1000x more qualified. Her whole life has been dedicated to public service, even before she entered politics or met Bill, she worked with and fought for the poor, disadvantaged and children right out of law school. Not to mention that she traveled more than any Secretary of State in history, visiting the most remote corners of the globe. She's diplomatic, not a narcissistic hothead or egomaniac using the word "BIG" constantly to account for insecurities and short comings - yes a "big" wall, a "big" win, he or she is a "big" loser...standard, simplistic Trump sentences and insults. She's a champion for women's rights...yes, this is extremely important to me. Meanwhile, Trump will cut Planned Parenthood funds, appoint a conservative or two to the Supreme Court, which could be disastrous for women's issues. There are many other reasons, but this is not the topic of the post, and sorry I even brought the slight hint of politics into the discussion.

She didn't do anything! She is just a windbag and nothing more. Trump is a real man almost like Putin and he has more experience in real life and he definitely knows how to run business. And he is loved in the world but Clinton makes people sick everywhere. She is simply evil. I feel some dark energy coming from her. I think she is like a demon and recently the forces of good just beat her and now the world can sleep calmly. Thank God!

Speak for yourself, she does not make me sick on any level. Very smart, capable and powerful woman. Yes, such attributes in a female scare some men and make them sick. :)) Anyway, I hope you're right about Trump. Only time will tell...as with all things in life. Have a nice weekend. :)

what? a nice weekend? o man! I hate weekends! I really love my job, this is the only place, except a can of course, where I can hide from my lovable kids. I would want to stay here for all weekend making Russia great, but I have to be leaving soon (((

No, I do not understand anything about financial markets or stocks. Someone else handles all this stuff for me. :) But such a job sounds like death and boredom to me...glad you like it though. :)) And, yes, I sit about two blocks from the White House and pass by it every day, along with many other iconic landmarks in Washington, DC. I'll be sure to wave to Donald for you, come January...
