"Typical American woman"

I don't know how foreigners perceive the "typical American woman." However, three times this week, I have been called this.

Stereotypes - they are very damaging in many cases, and must be quashed. We are all influenced by stereotypes on some level, but I really try to erase them from memory when traveling, forming impressions based only on pure experience. Most recently, I can say it about Georgia - where everyone warned me about all kinds of things, when in reality I encountered almost none of the horrors mentioned. In the end, we are responsible for the company we keep. You have the choice to surround yourself with good, positive and uplifting...or, you can run wild with the animals in the zoo.

Most people using this phrase - "typical American woman" have never even met, or had any real experience with an American woman. Therein lies the problem...that is all I really want to say for today. :)

Of course women can think logically.
But in Russia they are softer.

If a Russian man want to "handle" an American woman first he would need to change her biorobotic positiffff move-move behaviour...
He would need to see her first in her life without a life plan, without knowing where to go and see her living eyes full of suffering (because we all suffer in this world from birth to death but sometimes just hide it from ourselves).
And from this suffering will rise a wish to be together with someone able to give warmth and some protection in this cold cruel world.

Sorry I try to explain this with poetic methafors, it can really be explained only by images.

I watched the video...it does not explain anything. Because women with this demeanor can be found in America also. You can't lump everyone together - either male or female. It's like saying all Russian men drink vodka all day. It sounds like you want a kitty stuck in a tree to rescue - not another human to love, or share life's journey with. This is fine, there are many women looking for a prince charming to rescue them. But I do not need this type of man, or any man that would expect me to "dumb down" thoughts or dialect so as to not intimidate him. To each their own...:)

Do you know this very ancient principle that a man is Shiva, a supreme cosmic mind and his consort Shakti, is a life force, someone with power to make Universe full of live and follow Shiva's plan.

But it's very hard to get along with a woman who is round like a ball in her own world of thoughts, goals, opinions, etc.
Two balls can just bump and then roll in different directions.

I think most American women are taught to be like such balls.
And you also. In this aspect you are typical for a foreign mind (though in many other aspects you are not).

While being such a ball I think it's very hard to find a man...

The ball analogy is easily understood, but the reason I don't "find a man" is simply because I make no effort to look. :)) Of course, two people can't be exactly the same. On this point, I totally agree. First, it is boring. Second, you need someone to balance you out. This is my view, at least. And it's no different with men - it's very hard to get along with men who are so egocentric, wound up in own thoughts, opinions, goals....But I am a rubber ball - bouncy, soft and easily flexible. :)) Not a hard soccer or volleyball. :))
